My husband and I have been member with this company since 1999. In the beginning we would just regularly book resorts through this company. We eventually upgraded to Silver members and then upgraded a couple of years later to Diamond members. Due to being on a fixed income we knew that we would not be able to go any higher than a Diamond member. Back in April, we did a staycation for my husbands birthday and we thought we were supposed to be using our Equity to be able to change our rooms out and get paid for our stay. When I tried to talk to someone about it, they claimed to have had no idea on what I was talking about. They said we had went over $39 which my husband paid for upfront. Since then I have been receiving bills saying that we owe $4000. Quite frankly I believe this is some crap. In addition to this, with what we pay to be Diamond members I believe that having to be put on a waiting list and having to book a year in advance is nonsense. We are faithful customers and use them more than once a year.

Your Cancelling my Reservation

Worldmark By Wyndham - Your Cancelling my Reservation
I booked a reservation through Hotels.com months ago at Worldmark Windsor in Windsor, CA for a wedding. I received emails confirming. On Friday, day of check in, I receive an email cancelling the reservation without explanation and little effort to help me find an alternative at the same distance and price point. To say this was stressful, inconvenient, and unprofessional by your company and its associates is an under statement. As a result, I would like to notify management of this terrible service. I have several names, Anthony Pallone being one of them. I would like his email address? Also, I would like to be refunded of the additional costs incurred by your terrible service!
